Whether he's making beats, recording vocals, writing lyrics, planning release strategies, building custom guitars, or giving lessons on songwriting/music production, CJaxx ranks among the hardest working musicians active in today's industry.

He has dedicated his life to learning everything there is to know about music, from songwriting and producing, the technical aspects of engineering, or the business side of things. After picking up an electric guitar as a child, learning to build them himself as a teenager, and learning to record, mix, and master as a young adult, he knew that making music would always be his true calling and was determined to also one day inspire others to begin their musical journeys, the same way that his favorite bands & artists did for him.

Growing up listening to the likes of Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Queen, Guns 'N Roses, System of a Down, Korn, & Metallica, he draws many influences from classic rock and heavy metal in his production & mixing style. His sonic character also heavily draws inspiration from modern alternative rappers, such as $uicideboy$, Germ, & Ghostemane, and modern metal acts, such as Periphery, Motionless In White, & Ghost.

Between building his own catalogue, working with dozens of artists of many different genres, modifying his studio equipment, and building Vermilion Ape Records from the ground up, CJaxx's effort to provide underground artists with everything they need to break through the noise has is the culmination of his mission that's been decades in the making.
